1. Terms Overview & Acceptance

2. Product Pricing & Photographic Fidelity

All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery surcharges, where applicable for orders beneath our free shipping threshold, are explicitly itemized prior to final checkout authorization.

3. Order Placement, Acceptance & Cancellation

The dispatch of an automated order confirmation via email or SMS denotes receipt of your order inquiry, not formal fulfillment acceptance. Javnic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the unequivocal right to cancel or limit quantities on any purchase in the event of unforeseen inventory discrepancies, delivery logistical constraints, erroneous price publishing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

In any scenario where an order is declined or cancelled after financial authorization, a 100% complete refund is immediately initiated back to the original source instrument.

4. Shipping, Dispatch & Risk of Loss

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central logistics facility. Standard transit times across metropolitan locations range from 2 to 4 business days, and 3 to 7 business days for regional and tier-2/3 destinations.

Title and risk of loss for garments pass to the customer upon delivery confirmation by our insured logistics partner at the specified delivery address.

All trademarks, logos, service marks, garment sketches, photography, lookbooks, editorial copy, site design, and code architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Javnic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Javnic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, products or services purchased through the website. In all instances, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the exact monetary amount remitted for the specific order under question.
