Refund Terms & Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for unworn, unwashed garments returned within 7 days of package delivery with original tags intact. If an item arrived damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours for immediate replacement or full reimbursement.
2. Processing Window
Once our quality control team receives and inspects the returned parcel at our central warehouse, refunds are credited back to your original source of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit card, NetBanking) within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD purchases, our support team will contact you upon return receipt to issue a direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or instant UPI payment to your preferred account.
